JHSC Refresher Training
JHSC Refresher Course: $ 230.00 + HST | Discount: 3 to 5 learners: 7% | 6 to 9 learners: 10% | 10+ learners: 15%
According to the MLITSD Joint Health and Safety Committee Program Standards dated on October 1, 2015 members of the JHSC must take a refresher course every 3 years in order to maintain their certification status. The JHSC Certification Refresher Training includes the following:
- Review of key concepts from Part 1 and 2 training.
- Relevant updates to legislation, standards, codes of practice, and occupational health and safety best practices.
- Opportunity for certified members to share and discuss best practices and challenges.
Important notes as follow:
- Electronic copies of the participant manual and updated version the Occupational Health and Safety Act are shared with learners upon session start up.
- Learners who wish to purchase hard copies of the participant manual and/or updated version of the green book must indicate that on the registration form.
- Note: When chosen, an additional $ 57.00 dollars (includes shipping within Ontario) will be added to the course invoice.
By registering for one of our training sessions, you agree to:
- You might cancel /transfer a participant’s registration without any penalties up to 10 days prior to the date the course starts.
- Companies will be charged the full course in the event of no shows or cancellations received less than 10 days of course start date.
- Companies may send a different participant if the original participant is unable to attend the course.
- EHS Zone reserves the right to reschedule a course due to low registration. Registered participants will be notified between 1 and 2 weeks before the scheduled training session.
